Bartender- Dock's Poolside (Full Time/Seasonal)

This seasonal position will end October 2026.

Our Bartenders are responsible for providing exceptional beverage service, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for guests. This role involves setting up and breaking down the bar, preparing and serving drinks efficiently, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and adhering to all alcohol service regulations.

What You'll Do:

• Casual conversation, creativity, and allows for building on one’s style.
• Assessing guest need, preferences, and making recommendations.
• Comply with state and local serving guidelines.
• Be knowledgeable about restaurant menu, including ingredients, and preparation techniques.
• Be well versed in all hotel information, including other restaurants, and offered amenities.
• Customize the guest experience by appreciating unique guest needs.
• Place proper attention to appearance and presentation of all food and beverage.
• Ensure bar is set and the surrounding area is clean.
• Be resourceful and go above and beyond when fulfilling a guest’s special requests.
• Communicate to managers and supervisors of any guest concerns or issues. \
• The last guest enjoys the same clean and presentable experience as the first.
• Adhere to all hotel and departmental standards and polices, including attendance, cash handling, and side work responsibilities.
• Ensure that all equipment is clean and functional.

Qualifications

• Polite and friendly attitude
• Previous Bartending experience
• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
• Refined verbal communication skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight
