As a Guest Services Agent, you will primarily be responsible for greeting guests as they enter and leave the hotel, assisting with luggage to and from the room, obtaining transportation when requested, and ensuring the front drive remains clear of parked vehicles. This role will require communication and coordination with the Front Desk. This person must be comfortable engaging in conversation as they will speak with guests about general hotel information, the surrounding area, any additional requests they may have, among other items. This person will work primarily in the afternoon and evening, and occasionally in the morning so they must have availability between 6:00am - 11:30pm any day of the week, including weekends and holidays.
The hourly rate for this position is $22.3088, with increases at six months and one year.
