Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
- Provide attentive, friendly, and professional service to guests.
- Take beverage and food orders and accurately process transactions.
- Maintain knowledge of menu offerings, specialty cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits.
- Check guest identification and comply with all alcohol service laws and responsible beverage service standards.
- Keep the bar area clean, stocked, organized, and fully supplied throughout the shift.
- Monitor guest consumption and address service concerns professionally.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including inventory, cash handling, and bar setup.
- Maintain proper sanitation, safety, and hygiene standards.
