What You’ll Do
- Patrol hotel property to ensure the safety of guests, colleagues, and assets
- Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and security concerns
- Document and report all security‑related activity accurately and thoroughly
- Assist guests and team members with directions, escorts, and general safety needs
- Monitor surveillance systems and access points to maintain secure operations
- Collaborate with hotel leadership and local authorities when necessary
- Enforce hotel policies and procedures with professionalism and fairness
