Ready to step into a large-scale, high-volume convention hotel? Hyatt Regency New Orleans (1,193 rooms; 200K sq. ft. meeting space) is seeking a proven hotel leader to step into an enterprise-level Assistant Director of Operations role overseeing both Rooms and Food & Beverage.
This is a career-defining opportunity for leaders currently at:
- Director of Front Office, Rooms, or Outlets
- Assistant Director of Operations, F&B, or Rooms
- Directors at smaller properties ready to scale into a top-tier convention hotel
What you’ll do:
- Partner with Executive Committee to drive performance across Front Office, Housekeeping, Guest Services, F&B outlets (8 venues), and Banquets/Convention Services
- Lead large, multi-layered teams across Rooms and F&B (300 associates including leaders and contract teams)
- Deliver operational excellence in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
What we’re looking for:
- Strong leadership experience in large or complex hotel operations
- Exposure to both Rooms and F&B (or readiness to step into broader scope)
- Track record of stability, performance, and team development
- Polished communicator with a service-driven mindset
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
