KEY SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Safety Ambassador: Proactively connect with guests and team members to create a secure, welcoming environment where safety and well-being come first.
- Threat Spotter: Stay sharp and observant to identify potential security risks before they become issues.
- Service with Security: Deliver friendly, service-oriented interactions while maintaining a calm and confident presence.
- Protocol Pro: Confidently implement essential security procedures to keep operations smooth and guests protected.
- Solution Seeker: Tackle challenges quickly and effectively with smart, safety-first solutions that reflect our commitment to excellence.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a safety and security role or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Certificate of Completion in Safety and Security Training and/or State Security License, including applicable background checks, per State requirements.
- CPR, First Aid and AED Certification from American Heart Association, Red Cross or HIS.
- AHLA Certified Lodging Security Officer certification completed within 30 days of hire.
