This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience. Other duties may include processing forms of payment and responding to guest inquires.
Wage Information:
The salary range for this position is $22.00 to $28.60. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on a number of factors, including experience, qualifications and education.

Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience including cash & credit cards in a service provider industry; hospitality a plus
- Experience and a thorough understanding of Front Office operations.
- Friendly and outgoing with a good attitude and professionalism
- Speak with others using clear and professional language; prepare and review written documents accurately and completely; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others.
- Ability to multi-task, make solid business decisions with minimal supervision and work well under pressure
- Computer knowledge using a windows environment
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Availability for days, nights, mid shifts, weekends and holidays required
