About the Role
The Food & Beverage Assistant Manager supports the hotel’s Food & Beverage outlets, including Jett’s Coffee Bar, Jacob’s Spring Grille, Ace’s Lounge, and Mr. G’s Sushi Bistro. This role reports directly to the Assistant Director of Food & Beverage and plays a key leadership role in driving guest satisfaction, operational excellence, and team development
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations for assigned outlets
- Hire, train, and develop Food & Beverage colleagues
- Manage payroll, reporting, inventory, and budget performance
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Partner with other departments to deliver seamless guest experiences
- Maintain Hyatt brand standards and service quality
- Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of progressive Food & Beverage management experience in a hotel or high-volume restaurant
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Proven leadership, training, and communication skills
- Strong organizational and administrative abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience with new concept implementation a plus
