Schedule & Pay
- Pay range: $20 – $22/hour, based on experience
- Full-time (40 hours/week)
- Non-exempt, overtime eligible
- Schedule flexes between mid-shift and 2nd shift, including weekends and holidays

What You’ll Do
- Supervise and support engineering team members to ensure quality work and timely completion
- Assist in coordinating daily maintenance operations and priorities
- Perform and support preventative maintenance and repairs across the property
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
- Conduct inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
- Respond to maintenance requests and guest concerns professionally and efficiently
- Assist with projects, vendors, and contractor coordination
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Identify and address safety concerns proactively
- Support training and development of team members
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in hotel engineering, maintenance, or facilities
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues independently
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with OSHA and safety standards
- Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
