What You’ll Do:
- Set up and break down banquet rooms according to event orders, including tables, chairs, staging, linens, and décor
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all banquet spaces, storage areas, and equipment
- Assist banquet servers and supervisors with room resets, service needs, and event flow
- Ensure all equipment is handled safely and properly stored
- Respond quickly and professionally to guest and team requests
- Support the banquet team in creating a welcoming, polished, and efficient environment for every event

- A positive, team‑oriented attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to lift, move, and transport equipment (often 50 lbs) throughout the shift
- Comfort working on your feet for extended periods
- Flexibility to work varying schedules, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Previous banquet, event, or hospitality experience is a plus — but not required
