Housekeeping Supervisor

Because we are looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor!

*Previous Housekeeping Experience in a larger hotel is highly preferred

What does the ROLE entail?

·        Supervisory duties in the Housekeeping department including floor assignments and general support of housekeepers, housemen, and guest request and lobby porters

·        Inspecting and ensuring high standards of guest room cleanliness

·        Coaching housekeeping colleagues & tracking top guest score complaints for room cleanliness

·        Resolving guest complaints and guest recovery

·        In addition; as business dictates the ability to assist in the housekeeping team with cleaning rooms

Your EXPERIENCE:

·        A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment

·        Ability to lift and carry up to 30lbs of weight

·        Ability to push and pull a cart up to 50lbs of weight

·        Capable of standing for long periods of time

·        Able to work efficiently and independently with minimal supervision

·        Unafraid of guest room related tasks and responsibilities

·        Takes pride in a job well done

·        Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays

·        Typical schedule will be 9am to 5:30pm or 3pm-11:30pm depending on coverage and business needs

·        A fun and energized person

·        Committed to delivering a high level of customer service

·        Previous hotel specific housekeeping Experience highly preferred
