We are looking to recruit a vigilant Recreation Supervisor to ensure the safety of guest at our pool facility. This person must be customer service oriented and be able to provide hotel information as well as.
What You'll Do:
- Supervising and managing staff
- Planning and implementing recreational programs and events
- Coordinating with other departments and groups ensuring the safety of guest and staff
- Explaining and enforcing rules and regulations
- Monitoring designated areas to recognize signs of danger and responding to emergencies
- Maintaining order in swimming areas regarding unsafe situations or hazard
- Maintaining cleanliness of all areas including but not limited to pool decks, fitness center, arcade, and outdoor area
- Assisting with kid-focused activities or special events at the pool

Qualifications
- CPR/Lifeguard Certified (must be attained within 30 days of employment)
- Must be able to lift a moderate of weight
- Ability to work in outdoor conditions
- Ability to push, pull and lift a moderate amount of weight
- Willing to assist guests in a fast-paced environment
- Refined verbal communication skill
- Customer Service oriented
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
