Summary
The Public Area Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of all public spaces, ensuring a positive welcoming environment for guest.
What You'll Do:
Maintaining the cleanliness of assigned public areas according to established standards, including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and polishing.Ensuring public and colleague restrooms are cleaned, stocked with supplies, mopped, and disinfected regularly.
Keeping the lobby, hallways, and other public spaces tidy and presentable, including furniture, windows, and fixtures.
Emptying trash receptacles.
Identifying and reporting any maintenance or safety concerns to the appropriate personnel.
Following established safety and security procedures, including handling lost and found items according to protocol.

Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods, as well as carry or move items up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and pay close attention to detail.
- Ability to interact with guest in a friendly and helpful manner.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Must be availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
