Summary
This Full-Time\Seasonal position starts May 4th, 2026, and will end September 15th, 2026.
Under the general direction of the Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef, the Cook 1 will be accountable for providing flawless culinary service, be passionate about food and cooking and have a keen eye for detail.
What You'll Do:
Exercise good communication and culinary skills,
Possess a basic knowledge of cooking ingredients and procedures,
Have the ability to prepare delicious meals for our guests according to the chefs’ recipes and specifications,
Possess basic knife skills,
Understand kitchen safety/sanitation,
Have a willingness to learn and receive feedback,
Exercise a basic understanding of kitchen equipment.

Qualifications
Refined verbal communication skills.
Culinary degree or related hotel experience is preferred.
Candidate should be able to perform all basic cooking skills.
Able to work in a team.
Basic knowledge of Food Safety and Sanitation.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift, push and carry moderate to heavy amounts of weight on a consistent basis.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
