The hotel boasts 812 guestrooms and 85,000 square feet of event space and seeking top-talent with a passion for service, professionalism and willing to do what it takes to achieve the hotels goals and keep the hotel in working order.
The Hotel Maintenance Tech – Overnight is primarily responsible for hotel facilities maintenance and repairs in guest rooms, meeting space, and lobby guest areas of the hotel; perform some repairs on mechanical, electrical, kitchen, and laundry equipment. Strong troubleshooting skills to resolve issues quickly is a must. This position will work the Overnight Shift, will be part of the Emergency Response Team and respond to any facilities requests during the overnight hours.

Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of building maintenance experience recommended, with hotel experience preferred
- Ability to use power tools safely
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Value and follow through on attention to detail
- Possess good math skills
- Resourcefulness to stay organized and independently on task
- Ability to stand and walk for duration of shift as well as push, pull, lift, carry moderate weight
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Prior emergency response experience is a plus!
