Key Responsibilities for the Part-Time Banquet Bartender include:
- Ensure all guests receive exceptional service throughout the event, from arrival to departure.
- Attend to the detail and presentation of each order
- Stock and prepare beverage garnishes
- Maintain ice, glasses, and other bar supplies
- Wash glassware and utensils
- Mix and serve drinks to guests
- Prepare and maintain ingredients by following recipes
- Prepare the bar for events
- Break down after events
- Maintain a clean and sanitary bar area
- Follow all food safety guidelines and ensure the entire team complies with proper food handling procedures.
What We are Looking for in a Part-Time Banquet Bartender:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in food service is advantageous.
- Demonstrated experience with a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
- Exceptional ability to manage time effectively and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent skills for engaging with guests and collaborating with team members seamlessly.
