Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Washington, DC, for a Gallery Host Lead at Hyatt Place Washington DC/White House. The Gallery Host Lead will oversee daily operations at the front desk, providing excellent customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include supervising the front desk staff, managing training and development, assisting with food and beverage operations, and promoting hotel services to enhance the guest experience.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with guests and foster satisfaction
- Experience in Training and supervising team members
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations and service standards
- Proficiency in Sales and upselling techniques to promote hotel features and offerings
- Ability to perform well under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Previous hospitality or hotel experience is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality-related education is a plus
