This role offers a lively, engaging environment with a Monday through Friday schedule from 8AM to 4PM—no weekends required. Your expertise in customer service, hotel management, and guest relations will ensure smooth check-ins, efficient communication, and exceptional hospitality every day. Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures efficiently
• Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and courteous assistance
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with a positive attitude to ensure satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of guest reservations, cancellations, and special requests
• Support night audit procedures as needed to reconcile daily financial transactions (if applicable)
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready and well-maintained
• Uphold hotel policies and procedures related to guest services, safety, and security

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations preferred
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs confidently
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse clientele effectively
• Excellent phone etiquette and experience managing multi-line phone systems
• Knowledge of hotel management software and reservation systems is a plus
• Ability to remain energetic, professional, and attentive in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in resort or hotel settings is advantageous but not required
