We’re seeking a Hotel Front Desk Agent to be the first point of contact for our guests and help create memorable experiences at our brand-new Hyatt Place location in Springdale, Utah—just minutes from the entrance to Zion National Park.
As a Front Desk Agent, you’ll handle guest check-ins and check-outs, manage reservations, and provide helpful information about our rooms, rates, and amenities. If you’re passionate about customer service and thrive in a fast-paced, scenic environment, we’d love to meet you!
What You’ll Do
- Greet guests with warmth and professionalism upon arrival
- Perform check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
- Manage reservations and verify payment methods
- Provide guests with information about the hotel, Zion National Park, and local attractions
- Address guest concerns with empathy and resolve issues promptly
- Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are clean and ready
- Maintain a welcoming and organized front desk area
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, or in hospitality is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with hotel reservation systems (Hyatt brand systems a plus)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- A positive, customer-focused attitude
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Passion for creating exceptional guest experiences
