Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Van Driver to join our morning team. The ideal candidate will ensure safe and timely transportation for our guests to and from Raleigh-Durham International Airport, nearby businesses, and local attractions — while delivering the warm hospitality that defines Hyatt Place.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide safe, courteous, and timely shuttle transportation for hotel guests.
Assist guests with luggage and provide helpful information about the hotel and surrounding area.
Maintain cleanliness and fueling of the hotel van.
Perform daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance or safety issues promptly.
Communicate effectively with the Front Desk and Operations teams regarding guest transport requests.
Uphold all Hyatt brand standards and guest service expectations.
Qualifications:
Must have a valid North Carolina driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Previous customer service or driving experience preferred.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with guest luggage.
Friendly, professional demeanor and strong communication skills.
Ability to work independently, responsibly, and punctually — early morning availability required.
Schedule:
5:00 AM – 12:00 PM (typically includes weekends and holidays as needed)
