We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Agent/Night Auditor to join our team. In this dynamic role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes, delivering outstanding customer service, and managing overnight operations with efficiency and professionalism. Your skills and hospitality expertise will help foster memorable guest relations while maintaining the smooth functioning of our hotel during night hours.
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional front desk experience.
- Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures accurately and efficiently.
- Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications with precision using multi-line phone systems.
- Provide exceptional guest services by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering local recommendations.
- Conduct nightly audit procedures to reconcile accounts, prepare reports, and ensure financial accuracy.
- Maintain phone etiquette standards while managing incoming calls from guests and vendors.
- Ensure the safety and security of the hotel premises through vigilant surveillance and adherence to security protocols during overnight shifts.
- Previous experience in hotel management, front desk operations, or hospitality management is highly preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a passion for guest relations and hospitality excellence.
- Familiarity with night audit procedures, multi-line phone systems, and resort or hotel environments enhances your candidacy.
