Our guests will be welcomed to a modern, newly renovated hotel in the middle of Metcalf Avenue. Hyatt Place Kansas City/Overland Park/Metcalf offers quintessential suburban lodging near barbecue restaurants, Brookridge Golf, Prairiefire, Overland Park Convention Center, and much more.
Front Office associates are responsible for the guest registration process and communication of hotel services and promotions. This highly visible role gives the opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience. Other duties may include processing forms of payment and responding to guest inquiries. You'll be the face of Hyatt as a Front Office Associate. This is an hourly position with compensation ranging from $16.50-$17.50 per hour.
