We have a part time position open. This position must be someone that is willing to work all 3 shifts if needed (7a-3p, 3p-11p, 11p-7a), but would primarily be 1st and 2nd shift expept to fill in on 3rd shift when needed. This is a Weekend position, Friday evening, as well as, Saturday and Sunday any shift.

Duties
- Greet and check in guests upon arrival, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about the resort's amenities, services, and local attractions.
- Manage reservations and maintain accurate records in the hotel management system.
- 3rd shift will conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
- Respond to guest requests and concerns promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Operate phone systems to manage incoming calls and relay messages effectively.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support the front desk operations.
Skills
- Previous experience in hospitality or front desk roles is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations.
- Proficiency in using phone systems and hotel management software.
- Must have excellent English communication skills and be able to read, write and speak fluently.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Requires continuous movement, standing and occasionally, you will have to lift or move up to 20 pounds.
