What You’ll Do:
Do you have strong organizational skills? Are you looking to break into the accounting industry? The Accounting Clerk is a great entry-level opportunity for you! We’ll have you crunching numbers and taking care of invoices in no time at all!
- Verify that purchasing procedures are followed and maintain an up-to-date Purchase Order Log.
- Process all approved invoices and ensure timely payment.
- Handle all vendor inquiries and reconcile vendor statements.
- Process daily income audit and confirm night audit tasks are completed.
- Prepare accounts receivable invoices and maintain a clean ledger.
- Assist the Accounting Manager with end of month processing.
Where You’ve Been:
We’re looking for someone with a bachelor’s degree in accounting or a similar field. Additional in-industry experience is a plus, but not required. What we really want is someone with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and someone who is ready and willing to learn.
