Housekeeping Attendant

Position Summary
Hyatt Place / Hyatt House Natomas is seeking a detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our hospitality team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and comfort in our guest rooms and public areas. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, possesses excellent time management skills, and contributes to a positive, welcoming environment for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean, dust, vacuum, and sanitize guest rooms, suites, and public areas according to established brand cleanliness standards.
- Replenish room amenities, linens, towels, and guest supplies efficiently between departures and stayovers.
- Operate cleaning equipment safely and handle chemical cleaning products according to safety guidelines and regulations.
- Report room maintenance issues, damage, or lost-and-found items immediately to the housekeeping supervisor or management team.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping, commercial cleaning, or a related customer service environment is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, stretching, and standing for extended periods.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
