Experience Level: Minimum 1 years of Hyatt Experience Required or 2 in related.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage group billing, including food, beverages, event costs, equipment, labor, etc.
Oversee group bookings, ensure seamless event execution. Coordination of event days and managing room inventory.
Conduct room walks and property tours for clients, setting times accordingly.
Actively engage with clients, responding to inquiries quickly and effectively.
Monitor and coordinate food/snack/drink/coffee consumption and supplies for accurate billing and inventory.
Work with clients and internal team to ensure smooth events. Event presence is a must!
Coordinate with event planner, central sales, and employees to ensure seamless event execution. Follow up with individuals as needed. Attends all Sales/Management meetings.
Qualifications:
2 years of experience at a hotel, preferably Sales or any similar role.
Familiar with Hyatt/Hotel systems.
Familiar with Excel/Sheets.
*Availability on weekends.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Experience with group booking coordination and billing.
Familiar with PMS and sales tracking tools.
Knowledge of basic event equipment and room set up.
Minimum Education: GED/bachelor's degree in any related field.
