What are the responsibilities and job description for the Breakfast Attendant-Prep Cook position at Hyatt Place Columbia Downtown?
The Breakfast Attendant-Food Prep Cook is responsible for safe food preparation, assembly and presentation while maintaining high standards of customer service in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. The following are the position requirements. Other duties may be assigned as necessary.
• Responsible for preparing and maintaining of our breakfast for guests on a daily basis.
• Clean work areas, equipment, utensils, dishes, and silverware
• Store food in designated containers and storage areas to prevent spoilage.
• Knowledge of supplies, equipment, and/or services ordering.
• Assist management with inventory; control and stock ordering.
• Assist with banquets, including food preparations with the team members to ensure seamless service.
• Must be 21 years of age or older and be able to work early mornings and weekends.

Compensation:
Starting wage of $13.00-$14.00/hour and eligible for banquet gratuity program.
Must be able to work mornings and weekends.
