Responsibilities

- Answer multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls accurately and courteously using proper phone etiquette
- Manage front desk operations, including checking in guests, handling inquiries, and maintaining a professional reception area
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages as a bartender, adhering to safety and quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all supplies are stocked and equipment is functioning properly
- Handle administrative tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and basic office management using Microsoft Office tools
- Support clerical duties including data entry, proofreading documents, and managing correspondence with clients and staff
- Assist with office management responsibilities, including filing, document processing, and maintaining office supplies
- Use strong computer skills to operate office software efficiently while supporting overall office operations
- Demonstrate excellent organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities seamlessly during evening hours
Experience
- Previous experience in office management or administrative roles preferred, with a focus on front desk or reception duties
- Proven bartending experience with knowledge of drink recipes and proper service techniques
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to effectively communicate with diverse clientele
- Strong computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with multi-line phone systems
- Excellent customer service skills complemented by professional phone reception etiquette and personal assistant experience
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
