Discover our hotel’s 2,000 square feet of flexible meeting space in our convenient Uptown Charlotte, North Carolina location for your Center City event. Our guests will get to enjoy customized catering and dedicated event planners who can arrange a package to suit their budget. Group reservations are made simple with our exclusive online group booking tool. Our guest can host their special day, wedding showers and more at Hyatt House Charlotte/City Center, where they can book a block of guest rooms to keep the entire wedding party together.
This position requires the ability to inspect rooms after they are cleaned by the Housekeeper. This candidate should have previous housekeeping experience as they must be able to inspect the quality and cleanliness are up to the Hyatt standards. This candidate must be energetic, detailed and meticulous in following Hyatt cleanliness standards and have great interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
This position works closely with the Housekeepers, Housekeeping Supervisors, and Front Desk. They will be the liaison between Housekeeping and Front Desk for the communication of releasing rooms to the front desk for arrival and preparation of resort guest, owners, and VIP's.
The pay range for this position is $17 - $18/hour. Actual pay will be commensurate with experience.

Qualifications
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and walk moderate distances
- Ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate weight (about 50 pounds)
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
