Our hotel in Center City is located in the heart of Charlotte’s bustling Uptown neighborhood, just steps from world-class restaurants, museums and sports venues. The PM Cook requires good communication and culinary skills. The desired cook candidate will have hotel cooking experience. They should have a professional knowledge of cooking ingredients and procedures. They are also responsible for providing a clean and welcoming dining area and providing excellent customer service to guests. They will also have responsibilities as banquet cook/ attendant. The shift for this role will be 3PM to 11PM.

Qualifications

• Refined verbal communication skills.
• 1-2 years of previous line experience preferred.
• Candidate should be able to perform all basic cooking skills.
• Able to work single station in the kitchen.
• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
