Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Service Representative at Hyatt House, located in Mount Laurel, NJ. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by assisting guests with check-ins, resolving inquiries, managing reservations, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Additional tasks include facilitating communication between guests and other departments, maintaining lobby and front desk areas, and promoting hotel services and amenities to enhance the guest experience.

- OPERA Cloud and Colleague Advantage knowledge preferred
- Customer service skills, including professionalism, patience, and the ability to address guest needs effectively and empathetically.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and team members in a clear and friendly manner.
- Organizational and time-management skills for managing reservations and coordinating requests.
- Knowledge of hotel systems, check-in/check-out processes, and safety protocols is an advantage.
- Ability to multitask and handle guest needs in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in a hospitality or customer service role is preferred.
