WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Front Desk/Night Auditor
- Provide a clean and safe environment for guests
- Check in guests in an efficient and friendly manner.
- Assure that guest is assigned type of room requested and the correct rate is charged and guest issues
- Follow brand standards
- Keep records of room availability and guest accounts. Operates front desk software
- Maintain a balanced cash/billing drawer
- Welcome guests and respond to requests in a prompt and professional manner
- Generate automated audit reports for manager's review
- Communicate with previous and following shifts
- Ensure compliance with energy conservation and job safety requirements
- Know all safety and emergency procedures
- Knowledge of office software (Opera Experience preferred)
- Requires excellent communication skills
- Must be able to work flexible shifts including overnight
