Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met.
- Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as hallways, lobbies, restrooms, and elevators to uphold the property's overall appearance.
- Handle floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, polishing, and carpet cleaning to keep all surfaces spotless and safe.
- Restock supplies such as towels, toiletries, linens, and amenities to ensure guest comfort throughout their stay.
- Follow established safety protocols during cleaning procedures and use appropriate janitorial equipment responsibly.
- Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and uphold quality standards.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations related to industrial cleaning and custodial practices to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff.
Experience
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates.
- Familiarity with cleaning techniques including floor care, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitation practices is advantageous.
- Experience with janitorial or industrial cleaning equipment enhances your ability to perform efficiently.
