Duties

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies to ensure a pristine environment.
• Perform floor care duties such as mopping, sweeping, and carpet cleaning to maintain spotless surfaces throughout the hotel.
• Handle laundry tasks efficiently, including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels.
• Maintain cleanliness in public areas like hallways, lobbies, restrooms, and elevators to uphold overall hotel hygiene standards.
• Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and guest safety.
• Follow safety protocols and proper cleaning procedures aligned with hospitality industry standards.
• Assist with inventory management by restocking cleaning supplies and amenities as needed.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or housekeeping within a hotel or hospitality setting is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, and industrial cleaning equipment.
• Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality service consistently.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Familiarity with custodial practices and housekeeper management is advantageous but not mandatory.
