This position is responsible for guiding guests through their culinary journey with grace, attentiveness, and deep knowledge of our thoughtfully curated food and beverage offerings. Ensure full compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards, upholding Miraval’s commitment to well-being and care Communicate with clarity, warmth, and professionalism when engaging with guests and colleagues Foster a collaborative and uplifting team environment through a positive, enthusiastic attitude Demonstrate mutual respect and mindfulness in all interactions with fellow colleagues Maintain a thorough understanding of service standards and operational procedures as outlined in the Miraval Training Manual Execute opening, closing, and side duties with precision and consistency Deliver service within designated time frames while preserving a calm and attentive presence Remain aware of guest presence and proactively anticipate their needs with grace and discretion Possess in-depth knowledge of menu offerings, pricing, and the ability to provide vivid, engaging descriptions that reflect the culinary artistry of Miraval Assist guests with genuine care and professionalism, ensuring they feel valued, heard, and nurtured Maintain cleanliness and presentation of tables within assigned section, reflecting Miraval’s standards of excellence Attend and actively participate in daily pre-shift meetings to align with team goals and service expectations Share guest feedback—both positive and constructive—with leadership to support continuous improvement Demonstrates adaptability and a collaborative spirit by supporting various Food and Beverage operations as needed, including restaurant service and banquet functions Accepts and fulfills additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership, acknowledging that duties may evolve and are not limited to those listed.
