What You’ll Do:

• Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance residents’ well-being.
• Help with medication reminders and personal care routines.
• Support residents in maintaining their independence and dignity.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in caregiving is a plus.
• Compassionate and patient approach to care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well as part of a team and independently.
• Previous experience in assisted living or caregiving preferred but not required.
• Must be able to pass a background check and meet all state requirements
