Key Responsibilities
Team Management & Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and coach a large team of Zillow Flex agents.
- Hold agents accountable to performance metrics, lead conversion, and client follow-up standards.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, professionalism, and client-first service.
- Track and analyze team performance, providing regular reporting to leadership.
- Implement best practices for lead response, client conversion, and closing strategies.
- Ensure the team consistently meets or exceeds Zillow Flex program standards.
- Conduct ongoing training sessions for agents on sales strategies, systems, and processes.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and feedback to improve agent performance and skills.
- Support agents in navigating complex transactions, negotiations, and client challenges.
- Act as the main point of contact between Zillow Flex leadership and the team.
- Work closely with company leadership to align team goals with brokerage objectives.
- Communicate updates, expectations, and program changes effectively to all team members.
- Active real estate license (REALTOR® required).
- Proven track record in residential real estate sales with strong conversion skills.
- Prior leadership or team management experience strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of Zillow Flex systems, lead distribution, and accountability standards (preferred).
- Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
- Metrics-driven, organized, and results-oriented with the ability to thrive in a high-volume environment.
