As an on-call team member, you will work scheduled shifts as needed, often during special events, banquets, or peak times. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, preparing dining areas, and maintaining cleanliness and professionalism throughout service.
Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Greet guests promptly and courteously
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Serve meals and drinks in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness of dining area, including clearing dishes and resetting tables
- Assist with event setup and breakdown as needed (e.g., table arrangements, linen placement)
- Follow all food safety and hygiene standards
- Handle guest complaints or requests courteously and promptly
- Communicate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
- Follow all company policies and procedures
- Previous food service or banquet experience preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and a team-oriented attitude
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand/walk for long periods
- Food Handler’s Permit and TABC
