Bartenders are responsible for providing our guests with libations and offering customized recommendations. The right candidate will have experience working in high volume bars and have a friendly and welcoming disposition. They should be familiar with the latest in mixology, bar equipment, and sanitation standards, with a focus on maintaining an attractive bar. This position offers opportunity for casual conversation, creativity and allows for building on one’s style and previous bartending experiences. Individuals in this role must have the flexibility to work in multiple areas of the Food and Beverage division including The Tradition: An American Kitchen, HeyDey Social Club, room deliveries and Banquet events as needed.

Our Food and Beverage Concepts

HeyDey Social Club is centered on sunny golden hour hangs where guests can spend all evening at this cheerful bar meets European Social Club. With stellar cocktails and friendly service, HeyDey operates as a cocktail café and is the go-to place for downtown happy hour drinks. Enjoy excellent coffee for a late afternoon pick-me-up, Italian Aperitif style drinks, innovative seasonal takes on classic craft cocktails, natural wine, and local beers. This uniquely hip cocktail and snack bar offers casual and light service with an attitude that doesn't take itself too seriously. For us, grabbing a drink after work is a whole ritual, a precious moment to share a drink and a bite with friends at the end of the workday or before dinner.

The Tradition: An American Kitchen is dedicated to creating a welcoming and dependable neighborhood restaurant where every guest feels at home. Our menu celebrates the essence of Americana with a playful twist, featuring fresh, high-quality ingredients and diverse flavors. Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years previous bartending experience is required
• Hotel experience is a plus
• TABC/Food Handlers Certification
• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
• Must be a team player
• Refined verbal communication skills
• Must have physical stamina to stand for long periods of time
• Availability to work a varied schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Must be available for a minimum of three days per week, with availability for both AM and PM shifts.
• Ability to lift moderate amounts of weight, up to 50 lbs
• Must possess a thorough understanding of state and local serving guidelines
