Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers promptly and in a friendly manner.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently.
- Check customers’ identification to verify age requirements.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the outdoor bar area, including glassware, utensils, and equipment.
- Manage cash register and handle payments.
- Monitor customer behavior and ensure responsible alcohol service.
- Restock bar inventory and supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction.
- Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies, including those specific to outdoor settings.
- Adapt to weather conditions while maintaining a professional and welcoming demeanor.

Qualifications
- Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar role in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure, including in outdoor weather conditions.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Certification in responsible alcohol service.
- Experience with POS systems.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, work outdoors, and lift heavy items.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Typical shifts are 10am-6pm or 3pm-11pm
