Job Summary:
We are urgently hiring a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our busy hotel team. As the face of the hotel, you will deliver exceptional customer service by managing guest check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations, and resolving inquiries efficiently. This position is strictly a PM shift from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM.

Responsibilities:
Greet and assist guests during arrival and departure
Process payments and issue room keys
Respond promptly to guest questions and concerns
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance
Maintain accurate reservation records
REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent, 1 year of customer service experience preferred, Comfortable using hotel reservation software, Strong communication and problem-solving skills & Able to stand for long periods and work weekends
