As a Restaurant Supervisor, you'll work closely with our management team to ensure smooth daily operations in our modern, chef-driven restaurant and rooftop bar. You'll lead and support the service team, uphold our high service standards, and help create memorable experiences for our guests—whether they're enjoying a fine glass of wine with dinner or cocktails overlooking the city.
What You'll Do
- Assist in leading and motivating the front-of-house team during service.
- Support managers with training, scheduling, and operational tasks.
- Maintain service standards and help foster a positive, professional team culture.
- Act as the leader on the floor when management is not present.
- Learn essential skills in inventory management, ordering, and staff development.
