Hyannis Yacht Club is looking for a line cook to join our fabulous back of the house staff. This position will be full time, supervised by our Executive Sous Chef and Chef de Cuisine. Responsibilities include prepping and preparing Meals. Line responsibilities include grill and oven. This is a second shift position.
Summary
As a 2nd shift line cook, you will play a key role in front-line food service and kitchen operations, contributing to a positive dining experience for members. Reporting to the Executive Sous Chef and Chef de Cuisine, , you will leverage core skills in food preparation and cooking with an emphasis on grill and oven, to ensure high quality meals are prepared safely and efficiently. Your responsibilities include grill and oven stations, supporting food service, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and assisting with meal preparation and food handling. As part of our line team, you will contribute to menu execution, quality standards, and exceptional member satisfaction.

Pay: $23.50 - $25.00 per hour
