Materials Coordinator - Temporary

SUMMARY:  

The Materials Coordinator will work closely with the Materials Manager to ensure the timely processing and accurate accounting of the rotables pool.  

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:   

• In-process rotables from the maintenance group  
• Continuously refine tracking procedures for rotables  
• Communicate with vendors to ensure timely processing of rotables consistent with expectations  
• Receive rotables into stock from vendors  
• Continuously monitor our rotables pool to ensure our levels meet minimum requirements  
• Continuously monitor processes to identify time sensitive items and ensure availability as needed  
• Expedite past due orders for critical spare requirements  
• Partner with store room clerks in the pre-draw of materials for scheduled work  
• Shipping and receiving duties  
• Support the process for weekly inventory cycle counts with the Materials Manager  
• Support compliance with all appropriate policies, procedures, safety rules and FAA regulations  
• Additional duties as assigned   

QUALIFICATIONS:   

• Suite Must hold a high school diploma or equivalent  
• Must be proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite  
• Must have an I.T. acumen, and the ability to learn systems and processes in an I.T. heavy environment  
• Must be willing and available to travel  
• Must have a flexible schedule and be able to work nights, weekends and holidays  
• Must be goal oriented, have exceptional attention to detail and must work well both independently and in a team setting  
• Possess a positive and enthusiastic attitude, an investigative mind and be a problem solver  
• Ability to think creatively; must be prepared to share knowledge with the entire group  
• Must exhibit knowledge of Cape Air and embody the Cape Air MOCHA HAGoTDI spirit
