Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Pharmaceutical Sterile Manufacturing Technician, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring efficient production processes and maintaining high-quality standards. As a key contributor, you'll be involved in various pharmaceutical manufacturing activities that promote continuous improvement and operational excellence. Technician will assist in manufacturing, fill and finish of sterile preparations as per work instructions under supervisor. In addition, this person assists in cleaning and maintenance of the work environment.
Duties
- Comply with FDA 503B guidelines; cGMP 21 CFR, and company standards
- Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery, including machining tools, to produce components according to specifications.
- Assist with materials handling, including loading, unloading, and organizing raw materials and finished goods within the warehouse or production area.
- Support filling and packaging operations by preparing products for vial filling, ensuring proper labeling and documentation., and shipping.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area in compliance with CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice) standards.
- Use of material handling equipment safely to move inventory throughout the facility.
- Participate in lean manufacturing initiatives by identifying waste reduction opportunities and supporting process improvements.
- Conduct quality checks and laboratory testing as needed to verify product integrity and adherence to specifications.
Requirements
- Prior experience in manufacturing or a related production environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and practices.
- Knowledgeable in ISO 5/7 environment cleanroom gowning
- Basic mathematical skills, including knowledge of metric system and its unit conversion
- Knowledge and demonstrated understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and how it applies to specific responsibilities and manufacturing operations
- Experience working within CGMP guidelines and maintaining quality standards.
- Laboratory experience or familiarity with testing procedures is advantageous.
- Materials handling skills, including proficiency with packaging equipment and warehouse operations
- Basic machining skills or experience with machining tools is desirable.
- Previous warehouse experience supporting inventory management or logistics functions if applicable.
