Hyalite Builders is seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy team member to support preconstruction for high-end residential, hospitality, and select commercial projects in the Hudson Valley.
This hands-on role supports estimating, trade bidding, scope development, purchasing, material and vendor sourcing, and project lead tracking. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with drawings, spreadsheets, digital file systems, and detailed information independently.
Construction, estimating, purchasing, project engineering, architecture, interiors, or related built-environment experience is preferred. Familiarity with Excel, Bluebeam or takeoff software, bid leveling, procurement, and construction documentation is a plus.
This is a full-time, primarily Millerton-based position with limited hybrid flexibility after onboarding. We offer a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.
