Job Summary

An an Office Assistant, you will be integral to maintaining an efficient office environment while providing exceptional customer service. Reporting to the Office Manager, your core responsibilities will include clerical tasks, data entry, and managing phone communications. Your proficiency in Microsoft Office and organizational skills will support daily operations, while your premium skills in office management and familiarity with multi-line phone systems will enhance our e-commerce initiatives. With a focus on teamwork and effective communication, you will help ensure a smooth workflow and contribute to the overall success of our organization.

✅ Customer Service & Sales Support

  • Assist walk-in customers by answering inquiries and providing product recommendations.

✅ E-Commerce & Office Management

  • Manage and update online store listings, ensuring accurate product descriptions and pricing.
  • Process online orders, returns, and customer requests in a timely manner.
  • Organize office operations and assist with administrative tasks.
  • Maintain records, reports, and documentation for smooth business operations.

✅ Warehouse & Inventory Support

  • Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure efficient order processing.
  • Help organize inventory and track stock levels.
  • Assist with receiving and processing shipments when needed.

✅ Sales & Marketing Support

  • Support marketing initiatives by helping with email campaigns, promotions, and social media updates.
  • Assist in sales tracking and reporting using Excel.
  • Provide input to improve customer engagement and sales growth.
  • Respond to customer questions from the online store via email, chat, and phone.
  • Handle incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
