Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Engage with guests warmly, taking orders efficiently using s POS system and providing personalized recommendations.
- Manage multiple drink orders simultaneously while maintaining excellent time management to ensure prompt service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering strictly to food safety and food handling standards.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while balancing registers at shift end.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in bar service.
- Experience with retail math and basic math skills is essential.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests confidently and professionally.
- Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience with serving alcohol responsibly and understanding alcohol laws; certifications related to food safety are a plus.
