Role Description
We are seeking a CNC Machinist for a full-time, on-site position located in Fairhope, AL. The CNC Machinist will set up, operate, and oversee CNC machines to produce high-precision metal components. Responsibilities include programming and adjusting CNC machines, conducting routine equipment maintenance, ensuring proper dimensions and tolerances, and performing quality checks. The role requires adherence to safety standards and collaboration with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Machine Operation and Machining processes
- Experience with Milling and other CNC machining techniques
- Strong understanding of Quality Control standards and practices
- Ability to operate and troubleshoot machinery effectively
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or machining environment is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; trade certification or technical training is a plus
