Bilingual (ENGLISH/SPANISH) Business Compliance Analyst

Onsite requirements - this role requires 3 days onsite and up to 2 days of remote work per week. The office is located at 3252 Pleasant View Road, Middleton, WI 53562

OBJECTIVE:

This is a role that sits between the compliance organization and the consumer finance business unit — serving as a bridge between the areas that ensures business operations follow laws, internal policies, and regulatory requirements. Instead of being purely compliance focused, this role often combines compliance oversight with business-unit collaboration: working alongside Financial Services to bring compliance into “day-to-day” business activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Business Support & Compliance Guidance

  1. Support business units by answering basic compliance questions and escalating more complex issues to senior team members.
  2. Assist with internal audits or reviews of processes as needed.

Monitoring & Controls

  1. Help review, maintain, and update the company’s compliance program, internal policies, controls, and procedures to reflect regulatory requirements and business needs for this business.
  2. Monitor the business processes to ensure compliance, track specific metrics/KPIs related to compliance program and prepare periodic reports for management to review.
  3. Conduct routine compliance monitoring such as reviewing transactions, exception reports, quality control findings, or audit results.
  4. Document monitoring outcomes clearly and maintain logs or trackers for follow-up items.
  5. Review internal systems, controls, and business processes for compliance.
  6. Run reports, pull data, and perform basic analysis (e.g., spotting anomalies, tracking trends, summarizing findings).
  7. Help identify trends or recurring issues and flag them to the Compliance Business Partner or Compliance Manager.

Policy, Procedure & Documentation Support

  1. Stay on top of changes in regulations, assess how such changes impact business operations and implement required changes — often working with other teams to adjust policies or controls accordingly.
  2. Assist in updating compliance policies, procedures, job aids, or training materials.
  3. Help maintain accurate compliance documentation, including regulatory obligations, control inventories, and evidence of completed reviews.
  4. Support implementation of new regulatory requirements by coordinating with business units and recording status updates.

Training & Communication

  1. Serve as a liaison of business to integrate compliance considerations into business decisions and processes. This involves “translating” compliance/regulatory requirements into actionable business guidance.
  2. Help prepare compliance training materials, presentations, or internal communication messages to foster a culture of compliance.
  3. Distribute policy updates and reminders in a clear and approachable way.
  4. Provide basic compliance guidance to front-line employees under the direction of senior partners.
  5. Understand and adhere to legal/compliance standards included in corporate policies and accept ownership for accomplishing existing tasks that fulfill legal/compliance requirements. Report compliance violations when identified.
